Talk Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Life doesn’t come with a manual—and when you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, it can be hard to know where to turn. Individual therapy is a space that’s completely yours. A place to unpack the stories, patterns, and pain you’ve been carrying… and begin rewriting them with compassion and clarity.
Whether you're processing trauma, navigating neurodivergence, exploring your identity, or just trying to breathe under the weight of a million obligations—this is a space where your whole self is welcome.
I specialize in supporting adults who are:
LGBTQIA+ and seeking affirming, identity-informed care
Highly sensitive (HSPs), intuitive, or emotionally intense
Neurodivergent (ADHD, OCD, or exploring this identity)
Healing from childhood trauma, complex PTSD, or emotionally unavailable parenting
Recovering from toxic religious or high-control environments
Navigating difficult family dynamics, including estrangement or enmeshment
Carrying the mental load in relationships, parenting, or caregiving roles
Craving a gentler, more self-compassionate way to live
What We Can Work On Together:
Anxiety & overwhelm – racing thoughts, chronic worry, perfectionism, or panic
Depression & burnout – emotional exhaustion, numbness, or feeling disconnected from joy
Trauma recovery – working through past experiences that still echo in your body and relationships
ADHD & executive functioning – structure, focus, emotional regulation, and radical self-acceptance
People-pleasing & boundaries – unlearning the need to earn your worth or avoid conflict
Identity & self-worth – reconnecting to your truth and learning to take up space
Spiritual disconnection or faith transitions – grief, rebuilding meaning, or redefining your values
My Approach:
You don’t have to show up as the “together” version of yourself. You don’t need to know what to say or have a list of goals ready. My job is to meet you where you are—with warmth, non-judgment, and a deep respect for your autonomy.
Our work together might include:
Somatic awareness – noticing how your body carries stress, memory, or emotion
EMDR therapy – healing stuck trauma patterns without needing to retell the story
Parts work (IFS-inspired) – making space for every version of you, even the ones you hide
Narrative and values-based work – rewriting your story and reclaiming your voice
Nervous system regulation – so you can feel more grounded, present, and safe inside yourself
This is a collaborative process—we’ll go at your pace, and we’ll always center your lived experience.
